Indian almond leaves (Terminalia catappa) are a tried and tested natural product that has been valued in aquariums for years – by both experienced aquarists and beginners. They come from the tropical Indian almond tree and offer a variety of positive effects for your aquarium inhabitants.

After being placed in water, the leaves naturally release tannins and humic acid-containing substances .

These have mild antibacterial and antifungal properties, gently lower the pH level, and strengthen the immune system of your fish, shrimp, and other aquarium inhabitants. At the same time, they serve as natural shelter, a food source , and promote a biologically stable environment.

Application:
