Your new aquarium – delivered safely to your home

Our delivery service brings your order to you reliably and at affordable delivery rates. Depending on the delivery area and the items ordered, we deliver using our own delivery service.

When we deliver, our service does not stop at the kerbside: we lend a hand and help you carry your new aquarium to its intended location – at no extra charge.

Shipping costs by delivery area

The standard shipping rates and free shipping thresholds shown apply to equipment and accessories. Aquariums, furniture, bulky goods and hardscape materials are excluded. Delivery costs for these items are calculated individually at checkout after you enter your delivery address. Free shipping thresholds refer to the value of the goods.

Surcharges, for example for deliveries to islands, are invoiced separately.

Germany

Delivery is made as part of our combined delivery runs and depends on current availability. Delivery time: approx. 3–21 days.

France – Regional Special

This regional rate applies exclusively to delivery addresses in France with postcodes beginning with one of the following sequences:

02, 08, 10, 51, 52, 54, 55, 57, 60, 67, 68, 70, 75, 77, 78, 80, 88, 89, 90, 91, 92, 93, 94, 95

For other French postcodes and Monaco, the regular rate for the “France, Italy, Croatia, Spain, Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican City” group applies. Deliveries within the regional area are made by our own delivery service according to our route planning. Delivery time: approx. 1–5 weeks.

Austria, Hungary, Slovenia, Czechia, Slovakia, Poland

Delivery is made by our own delivery service, by parcel service or by freight carrier, depending on current availability. Delivery time: approx. 1–4 weeks.

Denmark

Delivery is made as part of our combined delivery runs and depends on current availability. Delivery time: approx. 1–5 weeks.

France, Italy, Croatia, Spain, Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican City

Switzerland (DDP)

Delivery to Switzerland is DDP to the delivery address: VAT and customs duties are included in the total price. No additional import charges are due upon delivery.

Custom sizes and custom orders

For aquariums marked as custom-sized that are not part of the manufacturer Terra-Natur’s standard range, the following production times generally apply:

Glass thickness	Production time
up to 6 mm	approx. 1–2 weeks
8–10 mm	approx. 2–3 weeks
12 mm	approx. 3–5 weeks

 

Custom orders generally include all custom-sized aquariums, aquariums with covers individually made to customer specifications, Optiwhite aquariums and aquariums with modifications such as drilled holes or divider panels.

After production, the manufacturer first delivers the aquarium to us. We then deliver it to you according to our route planning. The production time is therefore in addition to the subsequent delivery time.

All delivery times are estimates and are non-binding. You can ask us about the expected delivery time at any point before placing your order. For urgent orders in particular, we recommend contacting us in advance.
