Aqualight easyClear 36-watt UVC clarifier

The easyCLEAR 36 W reduces suspended algae, bacteria and germs in freshwater aquariums by irradiating flowing water with UV-C.

The compact design (approx. 50 cm) fits even in narrow base cabinets; mounting is optionally horizontal or vertical.

Mode of action: Flowing water is exposed to UV-C radiation. Organisms such as algae, bacteria, viruses and parasites are destroyed.
Ozone is also generated as a side effect. This helps to break down harmful substances (redox).

The flow rate has a crucial influence: If you only want to combat algae, viruses and bacteria (including cyanobacteria), up to 2500l/h is sufficient.
To eliminate parasites, we recommend limiting the flow rate to up to 800l/h.

Visible results can be expected after just 1-2 days.
