Carbon filter for clear aquarium water – especially for new setups

EHEIM KARBON is particularly suitable for clarifying the water during the initial setup phase of the aquarium.

Chlorine from tap water and other chemical substances that entered the aquarium during setup are reliably deposited.

EHEIM KARBON is used for a short time (approx. 4 weeks) in the layered structure after the mechanical filter media (e.g. EHEIM MECH or MECHpro) and the biological filter media (e.g. EHEIM SUBSTRATpro) in the supplied mesh bag.

• Binds chlorine and other chemical substances
• Use e.g. after new furnishing or medication treatment
• Use for a limited time (approx. 4 weeks)
