We once again offer regular delivery to Switzerland. Orders with a delivery address in Switzerland can once again be placed directly through our online shop.
Standard shipping to Switzerland
The following conditions currently apply to regular parcel-shippable goods such as equipment and accessories:

- Free shipping from €500 worth of eligible parcel-shippable equipment and accessories
Aquariums, furniture and custom sizes
Larger aquariums, aquarium furniture, bulky goods and custom-made products require special transport planning due to their size, weight and delicate nature.
Separate delivery charges apply depending on the product and delivery address. Whenever possible, delivery takes place as part of our consolidated delivery routes. This allows us to transport larger and delicate aquariums safely and personally to Switzerland.
Here too, the delivery time is generally approx. 2–6 weeks and depends, among other things, on availability and route planning.
Please note regarding delivery times: All stated delivery times are estimates and are non-binding. Actual delivery times always depend on how fully booked our delivery routes are.

For eligible aquariums, the additional shipping cost can decrease from the second tank onwards. Some of our standard-aquarium shipping rates are tiered according to quantity, making combined orders for breeding setups particularly worthwhile.
Deliveries to Switzerland are subject to separate conditions depending on the aquarium, customs processing, dimensions and route planning. Check whether quantity-based shipping is available and the total charge at checkout, or ask us for a quotation for individually arranged deliveries.
Customs and import into Switzerland
For deliveries to Switzerland organized by us, the applicable customs and import conditions are taken into account as part of the shipping and delivery planning. The costs applicable to your order will be shown transparently before you complete your order or, for individually calculated deliveries, communicated to you in advance.

Important: Free standard parcel shipping from €500 only applies to eligible equipment and accessories, not to aquariums, furniture, bulky goods or hardscape. Individual delivery costs appear at checkout after entering the delivery address. Consolidated deliveries to Switzerland normally take approximately 2–6 weeks, subject to availability and route planning.
Production times for custom-size and custom-made aquariums
For aquariums marked as custom sizes outside Terra-Natur's standard range, production generally takes approx. 1–2 weeks for glass up to 6 mm, 2–3 weeks for 8–10 mm glass and 3–5 weeks for 12 mm glass. Custom-made aquariums also include individually selected covers, Optiwhite versions, drilled holes and divider panes.
After production, the manufacturer delivers the aquarium to us first. We then arrange the final delivery based on our route planning.
