When we deliver aquariums personally, we also help you carry them to your chosen installation location at no extra charge.
Standard shipping for equipment and accessories
The following conditions currently apply to equipment and accessories that can be shipped as regular parcels to Austria:
- Standard shipping: 8,90 €
- Free shipping from 150 € worth of eligible equipment and accessories – for regular standard parcels only.
Aquariums, furniture, bulky goods and hardscape are excluded. Delivery costs for these items are calculated separately depending on their size, the items ordered and the delivery address. You can see the actual total shipping charge at checkout after entering your delivery address in Austria.
Order several aquariums and save on shipping
The additional shipping charge can decrease from the second eligible aquarium onwards. Checking the quantity-based shipping rates is particularly worthwhile for breeding systems or orders containing several standard aquariums.
Delivery times for Austria
For consolidated deliveries to Austria, the current delivery time is generally approximately 1–4 weeks, depending on availability and route planning. For custom-made products, the production time is additional, so delivery may take longer.

Production times for custom-size and custom-made aquariums
For aquariums marked as custom sizes outside Terra-Natur's standard range, production generally takes approximately 1–3 weeks for glass up to 6 mm, 2–3 weeks for 8–10 mm glass and 3–5 weeks for 12 mm glass. Custom-made products also include individually selected covers, Optiwhite versions, drilled holes and divider panes.
After production, the manufacturer first delivers the aquarium to us. Final delivery then follows according to our route planning.
