Personal delivery instead of anonymous freight shipping
Whenever possible, we deliver larger aquariums, furniture and delicate goods with our own delivery service. This avoids unnecessary transfers and reduces the risk of transport damage. For aquariums, we also help carry the tank to the desired installation location – at no extra charge.
Ordering several aquariums? Save on delivery!
For eligible aquariums, delivery becomes cheaper from the second tank onwards. We offer tiered shipping charges for many standard aquariums. This is particularly attractive for shrimp breeders and anyone setting up multiple tanks.
Example for the Netherlands & Belgium (eligible Terra-Natur aquariums): The first aquarium costs €14.90 to ship, the second adds €10, the third and fourth add €8 each, and each additional tank from the fifth costs just €5. Shipping five eligible tanks therefore costs only €45.90 in total.
The shipping tiers depend on the items, destination country, delivery address and shipping method. Different rates may apply to bulky goods, custom sizes and individually arranged deliveries. The total shipping charge shown at checkout is final.
Germany
Within Germany, we deliver standard goods as well as larger aquariums, aquarium furniture and custom-made products. More information about custom sizes, individual manufacturing and our personal delivery service can be found on our Custom aquarium & special sizes page.
Regional aquarium delivery from €19: For eligible orders, we offer personal regional delivery as part of our planned delivery routes. Learn more about regional aquarium delivery. You can check whether this service is available for your address, and at what price, at checkout.
Austria
Austria is one of our regular delivery countries. Standard delivery for equipment and accessories currently costs €9.90; from an order value of €150, standard delivery is free. Delivery costs for aquariums, furniture, bulky goods and hardscape are calculated individually based on the delivery address.

We also deliver regularly to France. Standard delivery for equipment and accessories currently costs €12.90; from an order value of €250, standard delivery is free.

Switzerland
Switzerland is once again part of our regular delivery area. Standard delivery for equipment and accessories currently costs €19.90; from an order value of €400, standard shipping is free. The current delivery time is approximately 2–6 weeks. Separate delivery conditions apply to larger aquariums, furniture, bulky goods and custom sizes.
